1. Website use
By accessing sunbuiltsolar.com.au you agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. Content on the site is provided for general information about our solar, battery, EV charging and home electrification services in Canberra and the ACT, and may change without notice.
2. Quotes & proposals
Quotes are valid for 30 days and remain subject to a final on-site assessment. Equipment availability, manufacturer pricing and Evoenergy grid-connection constraints may change between quote and installation; we will inform you of any material changes before work commences.
3. Installation & workmanship
All installations are performed by Clean Energy Council (CEC) accredited electricians and comply with AS/NZS 5033 and AS/NZS 4777 standards. We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on installation labour, in addition to manufacturer warranties on equipment.
4. Warranties
Product warranties are provided by the equipment manufacturer (panels, inverters, batteries, EV chargers and hot water heat pumps) and passed through to you at installation. Our workmanship warranty covers faults arising from installation practice for 10 years from the date of commissioning.
5. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law, and SunBuilt Solar is a NETCC-approved retailer.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from the use of our website or services is limited to the cost of re-supplying the service.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, photography and design on this site is the property of SunBuilt Solar or its licensors. You may not reproduce material for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.
